Bijoy7 Terms & Conditions — Your Rights and Responsibilities as a Member

1 General Terms & Conditions

Bijoy7 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform") operates an online betting and gaming service for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between bijoy7 and its members.

By registering on bijoy7 or using any of its services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using bijoy7's services.

• Bijoy7 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes will be taken as acceptance of the updated terms and conditions.
• For significant changes, bijoy7 will notify members via email or in-platform notification.

2 Membership eligibility

To register and use bijoy7's services, you must meet the following conditions. Every member is responsible for complying with these requirements.

• You must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration. bijoy7 strictly prohibits the registration of minors.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. Providing false information may result in your account being closed.
• Each individual may only hold one account. Maintaining multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in all accounts being suspended.
• You must be a resident of Bangladesh or be physically located in Bangladesh at the time of registration.
• If betting or gaming is prohibited under the laws of your local jurisdiction, using bijoy7's services is entirely at your own risk and responsibility.

3 Account Management

You are solely responsible for the security and proper management of your bijoy7 account. Some important account rules are outlined below.

• Keep your username and password strictly confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
• All bets and transactions made from your account are considered your own actions, even if carried out by someone else.
• Transferring or selling your account to another person is strictly prohibited.
• If you forget your login credentials, contact the bijoy7 support team for assistance. Do not attempt to recover your account through any third party.
• If account misuse or suspicious activity is detected, bijoy7 may immediately suspend or close the account.
• KYC (Know Your Customer) verification must be completed before your first withdrawal. You will need to provide a national ID and a selfie.

4 Deposits & Payments

Depositing on bijoy7 is quick and secure. We support the most popular mobile banking methods in Bangladesh.

• Currently accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.
• The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. The maximum deposit limit depends on your account level and verification status.
• Deposits are credited to your account instantly. In the event of a technical issue, any delay will be resolved within 30 minutes.
• Only use a mobile banking account registered in your own name when making deposits. Depositing from someone else's number may cause issues.
• Bijoy7 does not charge any deposit fees. However, your mobile banking operator's own service charges may apply.

5 Withdrawal Rules

Bijoy7 is committed to fast withdrawal processing. However, certain rules and conditions must be followed.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Daily withdrawal limits vary by VIP tier: Bronze ৳50,000, Silver ৳1,00,000, Gold ৳3,00,000, Platinum ৳5,00,000, and Diamond unlimited.
• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a mobile banking account registered in your own name.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• In cases of suspicious activity, bijoy7 may place a hold on withdrawals pending additional verification.

Bijoy7 does not impose unreasonable delays on withdrawal processing. Once verification is complete, standard withdrawals are processed within 30 minutes.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

Bijoy7 regularly offers various bonuses and promotional deals. Each offer has its own specific terms, which must be read carefully.

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering (turnover) requirement. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until this requirement has been met.
• The wagering requirement is a fixed multiplier applied to the bonus amount. For example, a 20x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means you must place ৳20,000 in bets.
• Every bonus has an expiry date. Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled once the validity period ends.
• Only a limited number of bonuses can be active on a single account at one time. Please refer to the specific offer's terms for details.
• Bijoy7 reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion at its discretion.
• If bonus abuse is detected — such as claiming the same offer from multiple accounts — all associated accounts and bonuses will be cancelled.

7 Betting Rules

There are a few key rules that apply to all betting activity on bijoy7. These rules apply equally to every member.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless bijoy7 itself cancels the bet for its own reasons.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, bijoy7 reserves the right to void the affected bet. In such cases, the bet stake will be refunded.
• If an event is cancelled or results in a draw, the stake for that bet is generally refunded. However, rules may vary depending on the specific market.
• The maximum single bet amount varies depending on the specific market and event. bijoy7 reserves the right to set limits on any bet.
• Odds in live betting can change rapidly. The odds in effect at the time a bet is confirmed will be the ones that apply.
• Bijoy7's interpretation of match officials' decisions or event outcomes is final.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited while using bijoy7's services. Violation of these rules may result in permanent account closure.

• Attempting to launder money or legitimize illegal funds through bijoy7.
• Exploiting the bonus system by using multiple accounts.
• Placing automated bets using software or bots.
• Placing bets using match-fixing or insider information.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another member's account.
• Attempting to hack or exploit vulnerabilities in the bijoy7 system.
• Harassing or aggressive behavior directed at other members.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

• Bijoy7 does not sell members' personal information to third parties.
• Identity document information collected for KYC verification is used solely for verification purposes.
• Bijoy7 may be required to provide information to relevant authorities in compliance with applicable legal directives.
• Members may request to view or delete their stored data at any time.

10 Responsible Gaming

Bijoy7 believes that gaming and betting should be a source of entertainment — never a source of problems. That's why we provide tools to help members play responsibly.

• You can set daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits directly from your account settings.
• A self-exclusion option is available, allowing you to voluntarily suspend your account for a set period of time.

11 Changes to Terms & Dispute Resolution
